Cary Schmidt served as an associate pastor at Lancaster Baptist Church for twenty years. His responsibilities included the student and singles ministries, Striving Together Publications, media ministries, and weekly service oversight. He now is the pastor at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Newington, CT. He and his wife Dana have three children—Lance, Larry, and Haylee.
