John Tyler graduated from West Coast Baptist College in 2011 and immediately began assisting in the college music department. Shortly after earning his master’s degree in church music, John began to chair the music department where he now teaches full time, oversees chapel music, CD production, tour groups, and leads the West Coast Choir. John is currently pursuing a Doctor of Musical Arts degree from Boston University. He and his wife, Pearl, participate in the music ministry of Lancaster Baptist Church. They also lead connection group for young couples where they are involved weekly in discipleship, counseling, and outreach. John and Pearl have three children.
